Le comité rassemble, outre la direction de l’école et le responsable du service des études, les professeurs représentant chacun des huit départements de gestion et le directeur du département Langues & Cultures.
Pour permettre une meilleure représentativité des étudiants ( les différentes années et les différentes voies d’admission), les postes suivants sont ouverts :
3 Etudiant(e)s admis sur concours (ASC) :
o 1 poste MiM1
o 1 poste MiM2
o 1 poste MiM3
3 Etudiant(e)s admis sur titre (AST) Français :
o 1 poste MiM1
o 1 poste MiM2
o 1 poste MiM3
4 Étudiant(e)s AST Internationaux :
o 1 poste MiM1
o 2 postes MiM2
o 1 poste MiM3
1 membre du BDE nommé ex officio = 1 poste pour le /la présidente du BDE (suppléé en cas de besoin par le/la Vice-présidente).
Les élections doivent respecter cette composition. Ainsi, le manque de candidats sur une voie d’admission ne peut permettre de basculer un candidat sur une autre voie.
The committee gathers, in addition to the members of the Steering Committee, the Academic Affairs Manager, the Professors representing each of the eight academic departments and the Director of the Language & Cultures department.
To ensure that students were better represented (the different years and different admission procedures), following positions are opened:
3 positions for ASC students:
o 1 position for MiM1
o 1 position for MiM2
o 1 position for MiM3
3 positions for French AST Students:
o 1 position for the MiM1
o 1 position for MiM2
o 1 position for MiM3s
4 positions for International AST Students:
o 1 position for the MiM1
o 2 positions for MiM2
o 1 position for MiM3
1 member of the BDE (Student Union) appointed ex officio = 1 position for the President of the BDE (supplemented if necessary by the Vice-President).
The elections are required to respect this composition. Thus, it is not possible in the event of the lack of candidates using one admission procedure to process a candidate using a different procedure.
